P-300 SPRAY WAND™ Startup Water Requirement You'll need to be able to fill a 5-gallon bucket in 60 seconds or less to have an adequate water feed into your new Spray Wand™ Metal Pretreatment system. Do not attempt to operate the system with less than a 5 gallon per minute feed rate. Fuel Requirement Make sure that you are feeding enough fuel into your new Spray Wand™ Metal Finishing system. Ensure your regulator is large enough to feed the fuel to the system adequately. Power Consumption Note your power consumption requirements. For 230V machines you will need 20 amps with 30 amp service and 460V machines, you will need 10 amps with 15 amp service. Please review the startup video carefully.
